What does direct sales software actually do?

Which compensation plans can I run?
Single-level, two-tier, unilevel, and stair-step breakaway plans, with compression, fast start, check match, rank requirements, and matrix placement with a holding tank. Binary plans are in beta on the Scale tier. You build and tune the plan yourself, no code required.
How do orders get credited to the right rep?
Reps get share links and personal discount codes, and once a customer is tied to a rep their future orders stay with that rep. Every order records which signal credited it, so you can settle any "that was my customer" dispute quickly.
Do you support preferred customers and autoship?
Yes. Preferred customers enroll under a rep and get member pricing on your store. Subscription orders from Shopify subscriptions and apps like Recharge, Skio, and Ordergroove are recognized automatically and can count toward a rep's activity requirement.
How do reps get paid?
At month-end you review the period, approve it, and export a payout file formatted for PayPal, Wise, or Tremendous. Holdback windows, minimum payout thresholds, and W-9 gating are built in, and posted periods can't be changed after the fact.
